OPSECLOOKUP exists to promote internet security, privacy, and digital safety by helping people understand the real risks that exist online. Through responsible OSINT tools and educational workflows, the platform aims to build stronger awareness, safer habits, and better decision-making across the internet.
Pick a lookup, enter the kind of value it asks for, and the site will explain what it means in plain language before showing the raw API response.
Start with a category, then jump by name or path.
All endpoints stay grouped by category, with your most used categories and endpoints rising to the top first.
64 endpoints across 8 categories. Focus the picker and type to jump to an endpoint.

Summary view explains the important fields first. If something fails, it tells you whether the issue came from your input, the endpoint, or the lookup service. If you see No data from API, the lookup ran, but that service did not provide that specific field.
Choose an endpoint and run a lookup to see the results here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about OPSECLOOKUP right now
What is OPSECLOOKUP?
OPSECLOOKUP is an internet security awareness and OSINT platform designed to help people better understand digital exposure, online risk, and the importance of safe internet practices. It combines 64 integrated endpoints with research workflows to support responsible security education, threat awareness, and informed decision-making online.
Is this tool free to use?
Yes. All 64 integrated endpoints are available without a paid tier on this site. Donations are optional and simply help cover hosting, upkeep, and future improvements.
What kind of data can I look up?
You can look up:
Gaming: FiveM servers, Roblox, Steam, Minecraft
Network: IP geolocation, Shodan data, BGP ASN, WHOIS
Use the Endpoint Picker to choose what kind of lookup you want. Each endpoint tells you what kind of value it expects, gives you an example, and explains what it can return. After you enter the value, click "Start Lookup" and the site will show a plain-language summary before the raw JSON.
What do the response formats mean?
The site tries to show results in a readable summary first, with the most useful fields at the top. If you want the response structure, click "View raw JSON". If a field says "No data from API", the lookup worked, but that service did not provide that specific field.
Is my search private?
Your queries are sent to the relevant lookup services, and those services may log requests on their side. OPSECLOOKUP also stores saved lookups, dashboard history, and some preferences locally in your own browser for convenience, but saved response snapshots are privacy-trimmed before they are stored. Clearing site data removes that local history.
Why am I seeing "401 Unauthorized"?
A 401 error usually means the site reached the lookup service, but the service refused the request because of an authentication problem on the server side. It is usually not caused by your input. If you keep seeing it on the same endpoint, report the endpoint name so the credential can be checked.
Can I use this for doxxing or harassment?
Absolutely not. This tool is provided strictly for educational purposes, security research, and legitimate threat intelligence. Using it for doxxing, stalking, harassment, or any illegal activity violates our Terms of Service and may result in legal consequences. See the Terms modal for full details.
How do I get help or report an issue?
Join the Discord server from the community panel and post in the support channel with the endpoint name, the error you saw, and what input type you were testing. You can also check the Updates section in the footer for recent changes before reporting a bug.
How can I support the project?
Use the Donate link in the footer if you want to help fund hosting, endpoint maintenance, and future improvements. Support is optional, but it directly helps keep the project moving.
What does OPSEC stand for?
OPSEC stands for Operations Security. It's a process used to protect sensitive information from being gathered by adversaries. In the context of OSINT, OPSEC awareness helps researchers understand what information is publicly available and how it might be used against individuals or organizations.

The endpoint selector now has category chips, built-in picker typeahead, recent endpoint surfacing, and clearer guidance so common tools are easier to reach without a separate search box.
March 22, 2026
Support funding link added
A new PayPal donation link is available in the footer for anyone who wants to help fund hosting, maintenance, and future endpoint work.

FAQ and privacy copy refreshed
The FAQ now reflects the current picker workflow, clarifies that saved history is stored locally in the browser, and points users to the new support and updates links.
Current note
Cross-clear usage tracking not enabled
Durable "most used" tracking across cleared browser data is not live yet. That feature would require backend storage and a stable per-user identity instead of browser-only local data.
